YAY! I just finished watching the opening ceremonies in Athens and I must say, if you didn't watch them tonight, you don't know what you missed!!! GO U S A! Anyway, I feel loads better today. And, yes, I can say today because it is technically the 14th now, hehe. How odd that I felt sick on FRIDAY the 13th!!! Actually, I'm very fond of the number 13, Friday, and black cats so I'm not making any unecessary connections, lol. So...yeah, I have to get up for work in a few hours (that'll be fun...O.O; ) so I bid you all a good night and sweet dreams! Cheers!

Stop- I know what you're all thinking...why in the world am I writing a new entry this time or nigh- er, morning? Well, it's funny, really, but I'm still wide awake and what better way to overcome my lack of sleepiness than to add to my journal! ^.~

I did a lot of serious thinking today (I had off, once again) and it felt good because now I feel like my arms are no longer chained...my wings aren't clipped...my flight is not delayed...you get the picture, hehe. It feels good to think clearly again. Basically, I defragged my mind today and it didn't take half as long as my computer, lol. I also went to the Vet and managed to get about 3 more hours in. Hopefully that's all that's required now because I'm kinda getting fed up with all these trips there and I'm starting to have regrets about my choice for a project.

My sister and I had a fight and I'm still a bit upset...but we'll get through this. In the meantime, there's nothing I can do except hope that the day will come when we get along again. <3 Anyway, this can't be too terribly interesting. Um, I finally got to see Tiger Cruise. It was a decent movie- lots of lessons and messages that are important for teenagers and everyone in general. Wow, now I must be getting tired, I'm typing about teen morals...O.o; Ah well, that's all I have to say for now. Maybe if I put on some music I'll fall asleep. Cheers! ^.^ ~~> ~.~zZ

It's Saturday and I have off! Woohoo! Well, I didn't do much today, lol. Last night was one of the best nights I've had in a long time and I'm still smiling. ^.^ Yay! I had sooo much fun with you guys, we totally have to do that again soon!! Muahz! <3 <3

Anyway, I got up around 1:00pm (ahhh...) and played my Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban for PS2 for about an hour, then I watched some tv and came back upstairs to work on my story. I seem to be experiencing a mild case of writer's block, but even a mild case is unbelievably FRUSTRATING! x.x So, I think I'll surf the web for a while and look for some hidden inspiration. ^.~ Hopefully I'll find something and maybe even add more to this average entry later. I haven't written in a few days so I figured tonight was a good time to update. Today was my first day off this week and I FINALLY got around to cleaning my room...well, somewhat, anyway. I re-arranged my clothes, but then I went shopping so I had to take everything back out and make more room, hehe. I bought a new candle which smells SOOO good; I think it's pink lemonade. Well, the colors matched my room so I couldn't resist. I know, I know...I'm hopeless...but I'm PROUD of it! ^.~

So, I decided that while I was cleaning my room I'd play a movie and listen to it while I worked...bad idea, lol. It was The Fellowship of the Ring (1st LOTRs movie) and before I knew it, the movie was half over and I hadn't even started. O.o; What can I say? I'm a sucker for hott elves and adorable hobbits...plus the soundtrack is really moving. ^^;;;

Now, because I'm in such a good mood, I think I'll chat online for a little while and then pick up where I left off in my story. Ahh, I love a good romance novel. And to top off the day, my area got a thunderstorm which is wicked because I love storms. Time to say goodbye to the internet and hello to Microsoft word, lol. Cheers!!

Oh, and just for those who are keeping track, I now have 21 saves!!! YAY! Go me!

Ok, so far August has been kinda negative, but I guess it's only the start and I'm liable to have bad days every once in a while...still, I wish I didn't have them at all.

Well, that intro was a little pessimistic, but this IS an online diary and I'm just writing what I feel, lol. I went to in-service this morning and it didn't stop raining the entire time. I missed my friends who said they were gonna be there with me, but decided to suddenly not show up...(I still love you guys, tho ^.~) Anyway, it cleared up when work began and stayed sunny the whole day, much to my displeasure, hehe (they WERE calling for imminent bad weather, but I guess it dissipated before it reached my area...O.o; ). I did get a bead today, which satisfied my restlessness for a little while, but as I was leaving work I got a rather rude message.

Apparently a girl on my whistle team finds me annoying and my best friend too. So that kinda hurt, but w/e, she has no idea what she's talking about and I have some news for her: I'm not about to change myself or my personality just to please her, or anybody else who doesn't even know me! Those are the major parts of my day. I apologize for this entry being somewhat sad, but like I said, I write what I feel. I just hope that tomorrow my day goes better and I find more reasons to smile than frown. Thanks for reading and commenting, guys! Cheers!!

Oh, and I have to give another Birthday shout out: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RACHEL!!!!!!!!

Today was actually a really good day! I had four rescues (which puts my total at 17 for the season!), got a bead for rotating w/out being told, and I had a good audit. Tomorrow's my last day in 4 (yay!) and then I'm in 5 for the next week, which is nice because I like that river. My sister supervised my team today and it went pretty well. We usually don't get along, but she didn't bug me at all. ^.^

(Eric, you have to transfer to 5 every chance you get!) Anyway, I was auditted AGAIN today. I think that's my 5th or 6th audit...it's like they're out to get me. O.o; Oh well, I guess as long as I keep up the good work I have nothing to worry about. It's beginning to storm just now. It would have been nice if that storm rolled in a few hours ago, but we've had our fair share of bad weather this summer so I shouldn't complain, lol.

There's an in-service tomorrow and I'm def. going. This is where I'll stop because I don't want to be a slug tomorrow morning, hehe. Cheers and thanks for reading/commenting!
